and recorded in Mortgage Book 154, page 294 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, mortgaging rest property in St. Lucie County,

Florida, particularly described therein as follows:
Lots 5 and 6 of Block 8 of SUNRISE BARK
. SUBDIVISION as per plat thereof recorded
-in Plat Book 8, at page 42 of the public re-
cords of 3t. Lucie County, Florida
which mortgage was given to secure the payment of their promissory note
dated February 18, 1957 for the principal sum of =8, 000.00 and which
mortgage i8 now a valid and subsisting lien on the real property herein
described for the unpaid principal sum of j6, 261. 69 together with interest
as therein stated from December 10, 1960; and
WHEREAS the mortgagors have been divorced and the real pro-
party described in this Agreement is owned to fee simple by David Barr,
a single adult; and
WHEREAS SAID Association is the legal holder and owner of said
promissory note; and
WHEIiEA3 tt was the intention of mortgagors and mortgagee that
