the real property intended by the parties to be the security for the repay-

NOW, THEREFORE, the premises stated, and to consideration of
the mutual benefits, one to the other, it is mutually understood and agreed
as follows:
(1) 'the undersigned mortgagor does hereby amend said original
mortgage by granting a mortgage and warrant to First Federal Savingre
and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, real estate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, described as follows:
- Lots 3, 4 and 5, Block 8 of SUNRISE PARK
SUBDIVISION as per plat thereof recorded
in Piat Book 8, at page 42 of the public re-
cords of St. Lucie County, Florida.
in the same manner and effect as if the last above described real property

corded in Mortgage Book 134, page 294 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
(2) And mortgagee, does by these presents, remise, release,
quit claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortgage dated February 18, 1957 recorded in Mortgage Book 134, page
294, St. Lucie County records, that portion of the premises described
therein as follows:
Lot 6, Block 8 of SUNRLSE PARK SUBDIVISION
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, at
page 42 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
to have and to hold the same with the appurtenance unto the said mortgagor,
his heirs and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and from
the lien of said mortgage, in every part thereof.
