contiguous and measured at right angles to the following specifically described
line; Begin at the northeast corner of Sec. 5-35-39, run south no degrees,
13 min. S1 SeC. west algng the east line of said Section S, a~ distance of 172.69 f'
thence south 89° 46", .06 Sec. west 330 ft. to point of beginning; from said

Southern Florida Pload Control District's property, which was purchased frog
C. Van der Lugt and his wife, said deed being recorded in Deed Book 259, Page
174, Public Records of St. Lucie county. Subject to the interest of the
Florida Pawer 8. Light Company, a Florida Corporation by reason of that certain
right-of-way instrument dated October 17th, 1957 and recorded in Deed Book 235,
Page 31. Said right-of-way being 110 ft. in width, the center line of which
