HomeMy WebLinkAbout1520BG,;A °~~ .3 23~ RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commission, after holding public hearings of which due notice was published at least ten days prior•to said hearings and all property owners with- in 300 feet were notified by mail of said hearings, has. recommended to the Board of County Lommisaionera of St. Lucie County, that the hereinafter described requests for changes in zoning classifications be granted, and WHEREAS, said Hoard of County Commissioners held a public hear- inq on said recommendations on the 1st day of February, 1961, after first publishing a notice of acid hearings in the Fort Pierce Newa Tribune on the llth day of January, lybl, said date being at i2ast 15 days prior to the 'date of said hearing. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of C aunty Commis- sinners of St. Lucie County in rdeetinq assembled this 1st day of February, 1961, as follows: (1) That the zoning of the following described property, to- wit: West 49.65 feet of N. 400 feet of Lot 3 and the North 400 feet of Lot 4, less R/W for U. S. ~1 and Weatherbee Road, a subdivision of part of Section 3, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, be, and the-same is hereby changed from B-3 and R-1C to C-1. /That the zoning of the following described property, to-wit: (2)/ All of Lot 11, of a subdivision of Section 3, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, except the West 60 feet and the right-of-way for U. S. ~1, in St. Lucie County, Florida, be, and the same is hereby changed from B-3 and R-1C to M-2.
