Block 52, of BILTMORE PARK, as per plat thereof of acid subdivision
on file in Plat Book 4, page 52, public records of 3t. Lucie
County, Florida, thence run Northxeaterly along the acid line of
Ormond Avenue, 66 feet to a point 24.2 feet Northxeaterly from
the common corner of Lot 22 and 21, of said Block 52; thence North-
easterly at right angles to said line of Ormond Avenue, to North-
easterly (rear) line of said Lot 22; thence Southeasterly along the
