PERMANENT
RIGHT OF WAY DEED
THIS INDENTi1RE, made this the G ~ day of
February, A. D.~ 1961, between W. C. GRAVES, JR., and AUDREY
GRAVES, his wife, parties of the first part, and NORTH ST. LUCIE
RIVER DRAINAGE DISTRICT, aquasi-municipal corporation, party
of the second part,
W I T N E S S E T H: That the said parties of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar (al. 00) and other valu-
able considerations to them in hand paid by the party of the secnn~ Hart,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained
and sold, and by these presents do grant, bargain, and sell to the said
party of the second part, its successors and assigns, aright of way and
easement over, upon and across the following described land, lying and
being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
That part of the SE; of Section 14, Township 36 South,
Range 38 East tying North of the North right of way line
of Central and Southeaa Florida Flood Controt District Canal C-
24; South of the South right of way line of North St. Lucie
River Drainage District Canal ?9 and East of a line de-
scribed as follows: -
From a point on the North right of way line of
said C-24, measuring 110. 15 feet North and
68 feet West of the Southeast corner of said
Section 14, run North, parallel with the East
line of said Section 14, a distance of 312 feet;
thence run East, parallel with the North right
