HomeMy WebLinkAbout1696~o~K 3 42U To North St. Lucie River Drainage District Vero Beach, Florida Fort Pierce, Florida ~ 1961 TEMPORARY EASEMENT AND AGREEMENT In consideration of the general and special benefits as a result of the proposed widening and deepening of Header Canai, and the installation of a pumping station at the southerly terminus thereof, permission is here- by granted to NORTH ST. LUCIE RIVER DRAINAGE DISTRICT, its successors Qr assigns, or to contractors working for the North St. Lucie River Drainage District, its successors and assigns, to enter upon and use the lands owned by the undersigned and hereinafter described for the deposit, storage and removal of dredged or excavated material and the operation of all necessary equipment and vehicles incident thereto, said land being situated in the State of Florida, County of St. Lucie and de- scribed as follows: From a point on the North right of way line of Central and Southern Florida Flood Control District Canal C-24 which is 110. 15 feet North and 68 feet West of the South- east corner of Section 14, Township 36 South, Range 38 East; thence run North, parallel with the East line of said Section 14 a distance of 312 feet; thence run East, parallel with the North right of way line of C-24, a dis- tance of 7. 5 feet; thence run Northerly to a point on the South right of way line of North St. Lucie River Drain- age District Canal 79 which point measures 47 feet South and 73. 5 feet West of the Northeast corner of the SEi of Section 14; thence run West, along said South right of way line of Canal ?9 a distance of 31. 5 feet; thence run Southerly to a point which is 312 feet North of the North right of way line of C-24 and 105 feet East of the East line of said Section 14; thence run West, parallel with the North line of C-Z4 a distance of 16 feet; thence run South, parallel with the East line of Section 14, a distance of 312 feet to the North right of way line of C-24; thence East, along said right of way line, 53 feet to point of beginning.
