4. The road crossing and water control gate now situate ap-
proximately on the South one-quarter/one-quarter line will, at District's
expense, be removed by District and reinstalled to the complete satis-
faction of Graves in such location to the immediate West, as to not en-
croach upon the permanent right of way by separate instrument being
granted District by Graves.
5. As soon after the completion of the work of widening and
deepening of Header Canal as may be practical, District agrees, at its
expense, to remove from the temporary easement hereby granted such
portion or all of the spoil deposited thereon in pursuance of this agree-
ment as Graves may determine to be necessary to place the surface of
the area embraced within this temporary easement at its present elevation
and present degree of use or utility by Graves. To afford District an
area to which to move such spoil, and to construct a ramp for proposed
roadway on the jtTnrt~'± cikP of (e-~4, Graves hereby grants, atato District
leave and license to bulldoze the existing south dike of the District into
the old "Rim Ditch", and further permits the District such ingress and
egress from the temporary spoil area to that portion of the Southeast
quarter of said Section 14 as is now utilized by the original dike and Rim
Ditch, it being expressly agreed that the existing East-West roadway from the
Southeast corner of Section 14 to Peacock Road be never substantially blocked
from practical usage and as a means of ingress and egress from the Graves
citrus grove to said Peacock Road.
6. The.District agrees to use its best efforts to procure from
Central and Southern Florida Flood Control District a permit fora con-
erecting roadway (for use of District and (;raves) from Peacock Road, along
the north diiLe of Canal C-a4, passed the site of proposed pump station,
