in said promissory note, together with n~ereat on the balance remaining
from time to time unpaid, at the rate of 6~ per annum from December 1,
1960 unti paid, said intsreat and principal to be payable semi-annually on
the first day of each aid every June and December hereafter.
3. Except for the modification of the provision for partial re-
leases, atl other terms and conditions of said original mortgage deed
shall remain in full force and effect; and, except for the increase in rate
of interest on the unpaid balance of principal from 5~ to 6~i per annum,
att other terms and conditions of the said promissory note shall remain
ir. full force and effect.
T ;ia d~. s~ment shall be binding upon the parties hereto and thei r
respective successors and assigns.
