MORTGAGE MOD FICA?ION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT entered into this +.~ day of 1961,
by and between the Harris Construction Corporation, hereinafter referred
to as the Mortgagor, and Hazel L. Reed and George J. Reed, hereinafter
referred to as the Yortgageea.
WITNESSETH, that in consideration of the suw of One (;1.00) Dollar
and other valuable consideration to the Mortgagor in band paid by. the
Mortgagees, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the Mortgagor
does hereby add Lot S. Block 9, of ST. JAMES PARK SUBDIYISION, as per
record thereof on file in Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
as suppleaental collateral to that certgin wortgage previously entered
into by the parties herein on the 3rd day of March, 1960, and being
recorded in Mortgage Book 163, at page 672, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
