EXECUTORS' DEED

WHEREAS, ELIZABETH B. RAKE, sometimes also called ELIZABETH

on Aprll 8, 1958, and her Last Will and Testament was duly admitted to probate
in the County judge's Court of Palm Beach County,' Florida, and probate and ad-
ministration proceedings were duly had thereon in said Court according to law,
under File No. 14, 748; . and
WHEREAS , the County judge of Palm Beach County, Florida, did in
and by his Order Approving Final Returns and Directing Distribution dated and
entered the 12th day of January, A. D. , 1961, provide and direct that the
Executors of said Last Will and Testament, who are the Parties of the First Part
herein, should in and as part of distribution, pursuant to said Order and the terms
of the Last Will and Testament of said deceased, Deed to the devisees under said
Last Will and Testament, who are the Parties of the Second Part herein, the real
property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, hereinafter described, which was

NOW, THEREFORE, THLS INDENTURE WTTNESSETH that AII~iSWORTH
RAKE and JANET BANE PERKINS, as Executors of the Last Will and Testament of
ELIZABETH B. BANE, (sometimes also called Elizabeth Raney, deceased, Parties
of the First Part, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE (S1.00) and no/100
DOLLAR, and pursuant to said Order Approving Final Returns and Directing Distri-
bution, have granted, bargained and sold to :

Fannie Rana Randolph
and,
Ainsworth Rana,

New York, New York;
118 Sheldon Road.
Ithaca, New York;
210 Onondaga Avenue,
Palm Beach, Florida;
as Tenants in Common, and their respective heirs and assigns forever, the
