Claude Douthit, Jr., being sworn by ne, the undersigned
officer, says, on oath, that Claude Douthit, late of Washington
County, Rhode Island, died on February 14. 1957, leaving a Laat
Will and Testament; that deponent is named therein as Ezecutor;
that ha duly qualified as doaiciliary ezecutor in the Probate
court of the toxn of Westerly, County of Washington, State
of Rhode Island; that he is related to the deceased by blood
within the third degree; that he has filed an exemplified copy
of the Last Mill and Testament and probate proceedings, as
required by law, in the county Judge ~ a ::ourt is and for Indian
diver ::ounty, Florida; that he will faithfully administer the
estate of said decedent, pay the debts of said estate, as far
as the assets of the decedent will permit, make distribution
of the estate according to law and render true accounts of his
administration.
