for Claude Douthit, Jr., the Petitioner and the Executor named
under-the will of the late Claude Douthit, being duly aworn on
oath do depose and say:

deceased, by sending to each of
postage prepaid, notice to this

1957, I gave notice of the pendency
of the will of Claude Douthit,

effect. A copy of the notice that
the widow of the deceased, is at-
