Cn behalf of Claude Douthit, Jr., Executor under the
will of Claude Douthit, deceased, I filed in the office of the
Clerk of the Probate Court of the Town of Westerly, Rhode Island,
on Thursday, February 28, 1957, a petition requesting that there
be admitted to probate as the last will and testament of the
deceased an instrument dated August 10, 1956.
The petition will be in order for hearing at a session
of the Probate Court of the Town of Westerly to be held on
