- Be it remembered that a certain instrument in writing purport-
ing to be the last will and testament of Claude Douthit, late
of said Westerly, deceased, is presented to thin Court, with a
petition in writing signed by Claude Douthit, Jr., praying that
acid instrument purporting to be the 18at x111 and testament of
said Claude Douthit may be proved and allowed and that letters
testamentary on the estate of said deceased may be issued to the
executor named therein.
Notice thereof having been given by advertisement in "The
Westerly Sun" once each week for and during the fourteen days
