And no person appearing to object. It is thereupon ordered, adjudged and decreed that said instrument is proved to be the last will and testament of said Claude Douthit and the same la approved, accepted, allowed and ordered to be recorded. It is further ordered that letters testamentary on the estate of said Claude Douthit be issued to said Claude Douthit, Jr., who is named in said will as the executor thereof.
