in his presence and in the presence of each other, they sub-
scribed their names sa witnesses thereto, and that said Claude
Douthit real then of sane mind and more than twenty-one years of
age. And no person appearing to object.
It is thereupon ordered, adjudged and decreed that said
instrument is proved to be the last will and testament of said
Claude Douthit and the same la approved, accepted, allowed and
ordered to be recorded. It is further ordered that letters
testamentary on the estate of said Claude Douthit be issued to
said Claude Douthit, Jr., who is named in said will as the
executor thereof. Said Claude Douthit, Jr. before entering upon
said trust is ordered and required to give bond in the sum of
T~,rPIR Hundred Thousand (~30D,CCrC.00) Dollars, without suraty.

of all the goods. chattels, rights and credits which were of

according to the present value thereof.
This Court Both _direet the Clerk of t~iia Court to give notices
of the qualification of said executor in "The Westerly Sun" once
each week for three successive rieeka.
