of the County of Washington and the State of Rhode Inland,
seeking the appointment as Ancillary :xecutor of the Will
of acid deceased, coming on this day to be heard, and it
appearing to tho Court that the acid Claude Douthit, Jr.
is qualified to act in this State, and that said Last Wili
and Testament has bean duly admitted to Probate and record
in the Probate Court of the toxn of Westerly, County of
Washington and State of Rhode Island, the same being a
Court with Probate ~uY'isdiction, and an exen~lified copy
of said Will, with probate procssding~ had thereon, and
