THIS W~,BRANTY DBED Made the / delay of
A. D. 1961 by C. P. DWYER and VALDA DWYBR, his wife, Here-
inafter called the grantor, to SIDNEY J. WEST and HELEN WEST,
his wife, whose postoffice address is: 1605 Linwood Avenue,
Fort Pierce, Florida hereinafter galled the grantee:
(Wherever used-herein the terms "grantor" and "grantee"
include all the parties to this instrument and the
heirs, legal representatives and assigns of in3lviduals,
-and the successors and assigns of corporations)
WITNESSETH: That the grantor for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt where-
of is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens,
remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee, all
that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:

Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 9, Block 1, of
Hopkins Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 3, at page 18 thereof, and as per revised plat
of Block 1 of the said Hopkins Subdivision as shown by the
plat recorded in Plat Book 4, at page 62 thereof, all of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, same being a
subdivision of a part of the NEB of the SEA of Section 9,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East; from said NW corner of
said Lot 9 run South along the Weat line of said Lot 9, a
distance of 43 feet to a point; thence run East 17.5 feet
to a point; thence run South 7 feet to a point; thence run
East approximately 42.5 feet to a point on the East line of
said Lot 9, which point is 48 feet South of the NB corner of
said Lot 9, thence run North along the East lige of said
Lot 9, a distance of 48 feet to the NE corner of said Lot 9;
thence run Westerly along the North line of said Lot 9, a
distance of 60 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 9,
the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in.~nywise appertaining.
