WITNE$$ETH, that the said party of the first part, for and in consid-
between RESTER LUCILLE PICKLEB, of the Town of Manchester, County of
Hartford and State o~ Connecticut, party of the first part, and JOHN F,
PICKLES, jR. , of the Town of Glastonbury, County of Hartford and State of
Connecticut, party of the second part, whose post office address is No. 103
Goodrich Road, Glastonbury, Connecticut,
oration of the sum of One (51.00) Dollar and other valuable considerations to
her ~in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has remised,
released and quit-clai~hed, and by these presents does remise, release and
quit-claim unto the said party of the second part and his heirs and assigns
forever, that certain piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the
County of Saint Lude in the State of Florida, and snore particularly described
as follows, to wit: Lot 2, Block 7 in Maravilla Plaza, a Subdivision in Sec-
lion 21, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, according to a plat of said sub-
division recorded in plat book 5 at page 16 of St. Lucie County Records .
