hereinafter called the parties of the second part,
W I T N E S S E T H:
THAT if the said parties of ,the second oert shall first
make the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned
on their part to be made and performed, the said parties of the
first part hsrsby covenant and agree to convey and assure to the ,
said parties of the second part and their heirs, executors, -
administrators, or assigns, in fee simple, Dy a good and soffit
ientdeed, the following described property, together with all
improvements thereon, lying, being and situate in St. L~1cie

And the said parties of the second part hereby covenant and
agree to pay to the said parties of the first part, as consider-
ation therefor, the suss of SEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIFTY and
