Township 35 South; Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, run East
along the quarter section line, 47 feet to a point; thence North,
along a line parallel to and 47 feet easterly from the West line of
said SW~ of NEB 1,037.57 feet to a concrete monument and the Point o!
Beginning of the-lands herein described:
From said Point of Beginning continue North along a line parallel
to and 47 feet easterly from the West line of aforesaid SW~ of NEB,
295.17 feet to an iron rod on the North line of the SW~ of NEB of
Section 12, Township 35 South, Range 39 East; thence Easterly along
the North line of said SW~ of NEB 295.17 feet to a steel rod; thence
Southerly, parallel to the West line of said SW~ of NL~, 295.17 feet
to a concrete monument; thence west, 295.17 feet to the Point of Be-
ginnings Containing 2.0 acres.
THIS IS A CORRECTIVE DEED given to correct an error in the de-
scription contained in the original deed, as the same was recorded or
the 26th day of May, 1960, in Deed Book 258, at page 429, of the pub-
lic ,~lacoxds of St. Lucie County, Florida.
