Carpenter and Irene B. Carpenter, his wife, to Gilbert J. peters ,

1956, recorded is Mortgage Book 133, at page 41, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Plorida, to secure the payment of o~n
certain prc~/issery n®te of even date for the sum of Nine 'lhouaand
and no/100 Doliara (69,000.00); that the unpaid balance due under
as id note and mortgage is the aua of P ive Thousand Nine Hundred
Bight and 38100 Dollars (=8,908.38) plus interest due from
January 28, 1961; that he~ is the Attorney-in-Pact for the said
Ingaborg Peterson; that the certain dower of Attorney given by th
said Ingaborg Peteraoa, dated January 2S, 1956, and recorded in
Deed Book 222, at page 413, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Plorida, is still in effect and has never been rescinded
or cancelled; that the said Ingaborg Peterson is living at the
t ise of the caking and signing of this Affidavit and is in full
control of her mental faculties; and that he has full porter and
authority to sell and assign, under said Poxer of Attorney, ail
