hereby asrtify that heretofore, on the Eth day of February, 1961, I.
executed and filed herein my Certificate of Sale of the mortgaged
property, and that no objections to such sale have been fi?ec~ herein
on or before the•date hereof, and that 10 days have elapsed since the
filing of said Certificate of Setle.
That, as recited in said Certificate of Sale, the
mortgaged property described as follows, to wit=

UNIT FIVE, according to the Plat thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 31, of the
Public Eeoorda of Saint Lucie County, Florida.

who now has title thereto.
