WHEREAS, the 9t. L~icie County Planning and Zoning Commission,
after holding public hearings of xhich dne notice xas published at
least ten days prior to said h~aringa and all property owners within
300 feet xere notified by mail of acid hearings, has recommended to
the °oard of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, that the here-
inafter described requests for changes in zoning clasaificationa be
granted, and'
WHEREAS, said Board of County Commissioners held a public
hearing on said recommendations on the 15th day of February, 1961,
after first publishing a notice of acid hearings in the Fort Pierce
News Tribune on the 31st day of January, 1961, said date being at
least 15 days prior to the date of acid hearing,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it reaol~ed by the Board of County
Commissioners of St. Lucie County in meeting assembled this 15th
day of February, 1961, as follows:
(1) That the zoning of the following described property,
to-wit: All that part of Lot 14 in SEA, lying North of Okeechobee
Road, Model Land Company's Subdivision, Section 23, Town-
ship 35 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida,
be, and the acme is hereby changed from A-1 to C-1.
(2) That the zoning of the following described property,
to-wit: A portion of Tract "E" as shown on the plat of RIVER PARK
UNIT THREE, as recorded in Plat Book 10 at page 80 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, boinq more
