KNOW ALL McN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the~lnited States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by
Lexia 3. Fitsherbert and Ida Fitzherbert, his rife
dated JAnuary 11, 1952 19 ,and recorded
in the public records of Saint Lucie County, Florida, in NIt6• Book 92 on page
L~9j-!}94 ,securing the payment of the sum of Txerity-Five Hundred do no~100--------------

covering property in the County of Saint Lucie ,Florida, loth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
