The mortgagors covenant and agree that the citrus
grove situate upon said lands shall be kept and
tags retained in a good and husbandlike taanner in
keeping with those standards prevailing in St. Lucie
County, Florida.
The Mortgagors further covenant and agree that in the
event they shall sell and/or convey the title to the
above described lands, then and in that event all the
regaining unpaid principal installments of the prooi-
ssory, secured hereby, plus accrued interest thereon,
shall then and at that tine be due and payable.
