Road No. 5 thence run Northwesterly along said East right-of-
way line o~ State Read No. 5 to the point:of beginning.

a point, said point being 350 feet East of as measured along
said line from the proposed Easterly right-of-way line of State
Road No. 5 (the proposed xi.ght-of-way being 78 feet East of,
measured at right angles to the original center line); thence
run Northwesterly parallel to the Easterly right-of-way of said
State Road No. 5 a distance of 200 feet to a point, said ppoint
being on a line that is 2385.78 feet North of and parallel to the
South boundary of said section 22 a distance of 1135.81 feet to
the point of intersection with the east baindary of section 22;
