parcel of land hereinafter described, said point being 350 feet
east as measured along the last described course from the pro-
posed easterly right-o£-way line of State Road No. 5 (the
pr osed right-of-way being 78 feet East of measured at right
angles to the original center line); thence continue Westerly
on the last described course a distance of 350 feet to the
Easterly right-of-way line of State Road No. 5; thence run
Northwesterly along the Easterly right-of-way of said State
Road No. 5 a distance of 615.08 feet to a point; thence run
Easterly parallel to the Northerly line of Section 22 a dis-
tance of 350 feet to a point; thence run Southeasterly parallel
to the Easterly right-of-way of State Road No. 5 a distance of
614.90 feet to the point of begirnning.
9. A parcel of land in the East 3/4 of the E'~ of Section 22-36-40
lying Easterly of State Road No. 5 described as follows:
Co®ence at a point where the west line of said 3/4 intersects
the original east right-of-way of said road (being 33 feet from
the center line thereof); thence run East along a line parallel
to the north line of~section 22 a distance of 50.80 feet to the
oint of intersection with the roposed Easterly rigght-of-way line
of State Road No. 5 said point being the point of beginning of
the parcel of land ~iereinafter being described; thence continue
Easterly on the last described course a distance of 350 feet to
a point; thence run northwesterly parallel to the Easterly right-
of-way of State Road No. 5 a distance of 109.32 feet to a point;
thence run westerly parallel to the north boundary of said Sec-
tion 22 a distance of 350 feet to the point of intersection with
the west boundary of the East 3/4 of the East ~ of Section 22 and
also the proposed Easterly right-of-way of State Road No. 5;
thence run Southeasterly along the proposed Easterly right-of-
way of State Road No. 5 a distance of 109.32 feet to the point
of beginning.
