Witnesseth, that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of
the sure of other valuable considerations and Ten - - - - - - - Dollars,
to him in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the said party of th.e second part
forever, the following described land, situate, lying and being in the County of
St. Lucie ,State of Floradac, to wit:
The Southeast Quarter (sE~) of the Northeast Quarter
(NE~) , and the North Half (N~) of the Northeast
Quarter (N8~) of the Southeast Quarter (SEA) , all
in Section Nine (9), Township Thirty-four (34) South,
Range Thirty-nine (39) Bast, less and excepting,
however, all right of ways for public roads and
drainage canals as shown on plat made by Florida East
Coast Realty Company as recorded in plat Book 2,
at page 7, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and also excepting therefrom all other
existing right of ways thereover for public roads and drair--
age canal purposes.
The above described property is conveyed subject to all
taxes to be assessed and levied thereon for 1961 and
subsequent years.
