BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared this day_
STUART W. PATTON of the firm of Patton 1c Kanner, attorneys at law, who
did make oath is due form of Lw that he knows of his awn knowledge that a.
of February 8, 1961, FRANC FS KERR KZ'3,STER was a single woman. That
a final decree of divorce was entered in the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial
Circuit of Florida, in and for Broward County, on June S, 1960, in which
France^ Kerr Keister was divorced from James V. Keister.
Further, Affiant states that as of this date Frances Kerr Keister is
single and unmarried.
Further Affiant sayeth not.
