THLS WARRANTY DEED Made the 2nd day of January, A. D.
1961, by JACOB J. PULTZER and LILA L. PULTZER, his wife, here-
, . inafter called the grantors, to JOHN C. FORGET and GWEN FORGET,

Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the grantees:
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantors"
and "grantees" include all the parties to this
instrument and the heirs, legal repre~enta-
tives and assigns of individuals, and the suc-
censors and assigns od corporations. )
WHEREAS, grantors and grantees have heretofore owned in fee

ti simple the hereinafter described real property and improvements situate
thereon, from wMch premise said parties, as a partnership, .conducted
a business under the name of "FORGET'S TV", which partnership wan
dissolved by agreement of said parties on December 31st, 1960; and,
WHEREAS, the grantees hereod have contracted to purchase
from grantors, and grantors have contracted to sell to grantees, the un-
divided one-half (~) interest held by grantors in said real and personal pro-
perty following the dissolution of said partnership;
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESS~ETH: That the grantors, for and
in consideration of the sum of Twenty-eight Thousand Dollars (=28, 000.00),
and other valuable condderations, receipt whereof is hereby aclmowledged,
hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm
unto the grantees, all that certain land situate in Saint Lucie County, Flo-
ride, viz:
