All of the undivided one-half (~ interest held by gran-
tors in and to the following:

Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Block 3 of a certain plat known as
ORANGE PLACE, as surveyed and platted by F. E.
Englar, C. E. , and recorded in the office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, on
the 2nd day of April, 1925, Plat Book 5, at page 9.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM, .the North 15 feet thereof
conveyed to the State of Florida for the use and benefit
od the State Road Department.
Of the hereinbefore receipted consideration, Four Thousand Five Hund-

red Dollars (;4, 500. 00) is allocated to land, and Twenty-three Thousand
Dollars (~23, 000. 00) is allocated to buildings.
TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments and appur-
tenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the grantors hereby covenant with said grantees that the
grantors are lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the gran-
tors have good right and lawful authority to sell and coavey said land;
that the grantors hereby fully warrant the title to said land and will de-
fend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and
that said land is free of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subse-
quent to December 31, 1960.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said grantors have executed this.
