NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCI-
ATION OF FORT P[ERCE as well in consideration of the premises as the sum of one dollar and other

at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release,
