between EANDELMAN ElPfERPRISES, iNC., a Delaware corporation,
party of the first part, and SAAMROCR VILLAGE OF FORT PIERCE,
INC., an Illinois corporation, party of the aeoond part=
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, the party of the second part has heretofo
executed its promissory note dated October 1, 1958, secured by
mortgage of even date therewith, v~hich said mortgage is recorded
in the Circuit Court of St, Lucie County, Florida, in Mortgage
Book No. 149 at pages 607-611, whereby it promises to pay to the
order of said party of the first part the sum of $567,000, to•-
gether with interest from October 1, 1958, at the rate of five
per cent (5%) per annum, said mortgage indebtedness to be dis-
charged or paid at the rate of $4,484.95 on the first day of
November, 1958, and a like amount on the first day of each and
every month ~chereafter, commencing with December 1, 1958, said
monthly payments including interest as stipulated therein; and
WHEREAS, the said party of the second part is now in
default of principal payments under said mortgage for the months
of July, August, September, October, November and December,
1960, respectively, totaling the sum of Thirteen Thousand Seven
Hundred Twenty Dollars ($13,720.00); and
WHEREAS, the said party of the second part has paid
interest on the amount of indebtedness remaining unpaid as of
this date, to and- including the 31st day of March, 1961; and
