Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and encustbering the fol-
lolling described piece or parcel of land situate and being in
St. Lucie County, State of Florida, to-Nit:
All of that part of the S!4 of the SBA of the NEB(
of Section 6, Township 34 South, Range 40 East,
lying Bast of O.S. Highway No. 1, leas that part
thereof lying East of the Florida East Coast-
Railway right of Nay.
Also, all furnishings contained in the cottages
located on said property.
Said aasigns-ent being for the pnrpose of securing an indebted-
ness of Three ?housand (;3.000.00) Dollars as is evidenced by
a certain prosisaory note given by MATTHBN J. SCHNEIDER and
MARIE T. SCHNBIDER to EDNARD J. DORMER, said asaigns-ent being
recorded in Assignrent of Mortgage Book 12 at Page 532 and
533 of the Pablic Records of St. Lacie County, Florida.
AND NHBREAS, the said EDNARD J. DORMER has received
full pays-ent and satisfactioe of the said indebtedness of Thres
Thousand (;3,000.00) Dollars evidenced by said note of which
a copy thereof is attached to said Assignwent.
