~11HERE1-S , JACOB J . PULTZBR and LII~R L . pUI.TZER, his wife, and
JOIDi C. FpR~OET sad GWIId FORGET, his wife, did on the 12th day of
July, A. D. 1957, execute a mortgage in the principal amount of
X19,000.00, encumbering lots 1, 2 and 3, of Block 3 of a certain
Plat known as ORANGE H+AC~ as surveyed and plated by F. E. Engler
C.E. and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
of St. Lucie County, Florida, on the 2nd day of April+_1925, in
Plat Book 5, at page 9, excepting therefrom the North 15 feet
conveyed to the State of Florida for the use and benefit of a
state road, said mortgage being made to CONRAD FORGET and AMANDE
FORGET, his wife, and
WHERF~A3, the said CONRAD FORGET and AMANDE FORGET, his wife,
did on the 26th day of June, A. D. 1958, assign said mortgage to
R,pylrDNp I~(#ACE, said assignment being recorded in Assignment of
Mortgage Book 12, at pg. 335, and
WHEREAS,~the said DORM C. FORGET and GWEN FORGET, his wife,
are now attempting to obtain a loan on the property set out in
the aforementioned mortgage, and,
WHEREAS, the ST. I~JCZE COUNTY BANY, a Florida banking corpor
ation, in order to make a loan on said property must have a first
lien on said property.
