and the said Mortgagors doss hereby lolly warra-it the title to said land, and will delend the
same against the lawful claims o/ all persons whomsoever.

or assigns. shall pay o the said Mortgagee its legal representatives or assig-es, a
certain promissory note. a copy o/ which is on the reverse side hereo/. and shall per/orm and
comply with each and every stipulation, agreement and covenant of said note and o/ this Mortgage,
there this Mortgage and the estate hereby created shall be void. otherwise the same shall remain
in Jull jorce and virtue. And the said Mortgagor covenant to pay the interest and principal
promptly when due; to pay the fazes and assessments on said property; to carry insurance against
fire on the building on said land for not less than a ,approved by the Mort-
gagee ,with :tandarlt mortgage Joss clause payable to Mortgagee .the policy to be hcld by the
1ortgagee , to keep the building on said land in proper repair, and to waive the homestead
exemption.
Should any o/ the above covenants be broken, then said note and all moneys secured hereby
shall. without demand, 1l the Mortgagee - legal representatives or assigna, so
elect, at once become due and payable and the mortgage be fonclosed, and all costs and ezpensea
of collection of said moneys with or without suit, including a reasonable lee for the Mortgagee
attorney, shall bt paid by the Mortgagor ,and the same art hereby secured.
