the Will of LAURA M. EVANS, Deceased, party of the first part, and
GALE N. VanBURGER and HAZEL I. VanBURGER, his wife, whose

WITNESSETH: That the party of the first part by virtue of the
power and authority in her vested by the Last Will and Testament of Laura
M. Evans, deceased, which Last Will and Testament was heretofore ad-
mitted to record in the County Judge's Court in and for Saint Lucie County,
Florida, by Order of said Court made the 15th day of March, 1960, and
in further consideration of the sum of ~1. 00 and other valuable considera-
tions, paid by the parties of the second part, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, the said party of the first part does hereby grant, bargain,
sell and convey unto the said parties of the second part, their heirs and
assigns, forever, all that certain land situate, lying and being in Saint Lucie
County, Florida, to-wit:
