1060 feet West of the East boundary of said land; continue
West parallel with and at a distance of 20 feet from the
South boundary of the above described land to the East
right of way of Citrus Avenue.
TOGETHER with all and singular, the hereditaments and appurten-
ances thereto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate,
title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever, by taw or in equity, which
Laura M. Evans, deceased, had at the time of her death, in and to the
said land.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
And the said party of the first part covenants that she has not done
or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in
any way whatever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has executed
this instrument the day and year first above written.
