executed and filed herein my Certificate of sale of the mortgaged
property, and that no objections to such sale have been filed
herein on or before the date hereof, and that ten (10) days have
elapsed since the filing of said Certificate of Sale.
That, as recited in said Certificate of Sale, the
(mortgaged property described as follows, to-wit:
Lot 2, Block 2, according to Plat of
Marion Heights Subdivision which said
plat was filed March 9, 1955 and
recorded in Plat Book 10, page 28,
public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida
was sold by me to the Plaintiff, Peter Wasilkoff, who now has title
thereto.
