court. The judge ahall have power and authority to take bail
or other kecurity (or the a.ppearance or any accuecd person;

the municipallty and lor the accused perlion; to administer oaths;
and shall have all Buch other powers aa may be nece8sary to the

Section 3. The City C.lerk ahall be the Clerk of the City

in the abc;encc or- other dtaquaHHcaHon of the City Judge. He
shall keep R dockol 1n which I!hG.ll be t;ntered the tale or all
calH'S tried in said court, the nattH~e ot the offense charged,
the Judgment of the Court and the tine or Impr-laonment imposed.
He ahall tile and K(;ep in hlB office the complaint, warrant or
other prOCeiJ8 and all papers rUed L."l any of the cu@s tncd
