18, At the time of dosing, Owuers agree to make, execute and
deliver to Buyer an aRsignrnent or assignments of all oil, gas, and mine~al
least's held by Onwers on the property which is the subject of this agree-
ment.
1l:J. Owners shall pay such real estate commis.3ion or commissions
-ae may be e'lrned in connection with the sale of the property which is the
subject matter of this agreement.
20. Buyer shall have the right to designate a nominee or nominees
to succeed to its rightb under the present contract. The presence contract
shall inure to LlJe benefit of and shall be binding upon the heirs, assignees,
successors and assigns of the parties hereto.
