Marion H, Gurm. deceased, the owners and holdp.Ts of an undivided in-
terest in a certain n!ortgage deed executed by Helen H, Warren, joined
by her husband, W, T, Warren, Jr.. to Charles H. Peacock, Jr., as

to a 1/3 interest; Leland T, Daniel as to a 1/3 interest; Isabella Gunn
as to a 1/9 interest; Andrew H, Gunn e,s to a 1/9 interest and Marion
H, Gunn as to a 1/9 interest, the same bearing date the 31st day of
October, 1960, recorded in MOl.tgage Book 169, at page 254 of the
public records of St, Lucie County, Florida, securing five certain notes
in the aggregate principal sum of $28. 755, DO, being respecti vely pay-
able to the mortgagees therein named in the amounts in said mortgage
set forth, upor. the property situate in Said State and County described
as follows, to-wit:
The North 100 feet oi the West 30 feet of Lot 1,
and the North IDe fee~ of Lot 2. Block "I" in the
City of Fort Pierce, Florida, as per Aaron Lee's
Map of Fort Pierce on file in Plat Book I, page
189, public records of St, Lucie CO'.lnty. Florida,
hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of the promissory notes
described in said mortgage Jeed and made payable to Isabella Gunn,
Andrew H. Gunn and the late Marion 5, Gunn, and hereby surrendel' the
undivided interest in said mortgage as reflected by said promissory notes,
as cancelled, and hereby direct the Clerk of the said Circuit Court to catlCel
the same of record,
