GRANT OF EASEMENT fOR lUGHT-OF-wAY
This instrumert, Executed this 27th dcy of Pehruary. A.D.
1961, by D. R. GARNER and UNA V. GARNER, his wife, first pC/rty, to

(Wherever used herein the terms "fh'st party" and
"second party" shall include singular and plural,
heirs, legal rep=esentatives. and assigns of indi-
viduals, and the successors and assigns of corpor-
atior.s, wherever the context so ~dmits or requires.)
WITNESSETH, that the said first party, for and in consideration of
the ~um of $10.0G, in hand paid by the ~aid second ~arty, the receipt
\~hereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby release and quit claim
without warranty of ti~le or cescription unto the said second party
forever the right of egress and ingress i~, to and over the road
way hereinbelow described as the grantor's interest appears of record,
s~id piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the County
of St. Lucie, State of Flo~ida, to-wit:
Begin at a point for the point of beginning on the \\'est
right-of-way line of McNiel Road, approximately 192.5
feet North of the South line of Section 19, Township 35
South, Range 40 East, (the same point being approximately
150 feet North of the existing canal right-of-way); thence
turn and run West for a distance of 690 feet more or less
to a point the same distance North of the South line of
said Section 19; then run Southwesterly for a distance of
141.2 feet to a point approximately 162.5 feet North of
said South line of Section 19 (said point also being approx-
imately 120 feet North of the existing canal right-of-way
on said section, and approximately 830 feet ~':est of the
Eas t line of the S\vt of said Sec tion 19); thence turn and
run North a distance of 50 feet; then tern and run North-
easterly for a distance of 171.6 feet to ~ point approxi-
mately 252.5 feet North of the South line of said Se~tion
19; then turn and run,East a distance of 670 feet, more
or less, to th~ W~st right-of-way line of said McNiel Road
to a point approximately 60 feet North of the point of be-
ginning; then turn and run South a distance of 60 feet,
along the West right-of-way line of McNiel Road, to the
point of beginning.
The Grantors herein shall not be responsible for the
maintenance or repairs of any roads for the ingress
and egress of the Grantees.
It is expressly agreed herein that the grantor reserve~ the
right to pave the roadway in accord with instructions of the county
requirements ~nd expressly res~rves the right to Deed tv the Public
the above described roadway for public road purposes.
