of the sni of the swt of Section 19, Township 35
South, Range 40 East, run East a distance of 70 feet
to the point of beginning: Thence run South a
distance of 120 feet to the North right-of-way line
of an existing u~improved road, thp.nce run East along
the North right-of-way line of an existing unimproved
road a distance of 60 feet, thence run North a dis-
tance of 120 feet, thence run West a distance of
60 feet to the Point cf Beginning; and
That piece or parcel of land described as follows:
