sworn deposes and 8~YS that: he is the same Salvatore Costanza
who ~as one of the grantees in that certain Warranty Deed recorded
in Deed Book 213, at page 575, of the Public Recor4s of ~t. Lucie
County, Florida. Further that as stated in said conveyance, the
other grantee, Rose Costanza, was his wife at the time the afore-
said Deed was conveyed. That at all timea from the conveyancing
of said Warranty Deed to and including the 22nd day of August, 1957,
that he and the said Rose Costanza remained husband and wife and
that they were husband and wife when the said ROBe Costanza died
in Teaneck, New Jersey, on A.ugust 22nd, 1957. FURTHER ~IANT
