on the 5th day of January of the year 1962, 1963 and 1964, wherefor,
it is agreed that the annual payaents made by the .akers hereof

as herein provided, the whole amount of this Note rCBaining unpaid
shall then and there bec~ due at the election of the hold~r hereof.
The makers and p.ndorsers ~f this Note seyerally waiy~ presentment
for i-Jayment, protest and not ice of protest, and non-p&y::aen~ of this
note, a~d all defenses on th4 ground of any extenaion of time for
the payment thereof, which ~ay bereafter be given by the holder
hereof to them, or either of them. The .akers shall have the
privilege to pay two or more in.~alments at ~y iDst~l.ent aaturity
date, but this shall not extend the time of maturity for any sub-
sequent instalment. Porebearance shall not be deemed extension.
EACh aaker. surety and endorser hereof, joiutly and aeverally
agree to pay all costa of colleetion~ including a rea*on&ble
~ttorney's fee in the event of ~ny default hereunder.
