WHEREAS, the Pirat Party is the record owne~ and title
holder of the property he~einaft.r deacribed; and
WHBRBAS, the Second Party i. pre.ently the .ctu.l owner
of a.id property but desires that aaid Pirat Party continue to act
as the record owner and title holder thereof but aa Trustee for
said Ser-ond Party. and
WHEREAS, it is th~ puxpose and intent of this Agreement
to set forth and declare the trusts upon which said property i.
to continue to be so held by the Firat Party,
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and
of the undertakings and agre~ments of th~ parties hereto aa here-
inafter set forth, ~nd of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) by each of
the parties heret~ to the other paid, and of other good and valuable
oonsideration, the rec~ipt whereof by each of the partie. hereto
from the other is hereby acknowl~dged, it is hereby coven~nted and
agreed by the parties hereto as follows:
1. The fir~t Perty does hereby ncknowledge and de-
clare that he has no equitable or other right, title or interest
in or. to the pr.operty described herein, except that he doe~ h~reby
acknowledfs~ and declare tha4- he will continue to hold legal tiCle
to the said property, together with th~ improvements, hereditaments,
easeM~nt. and appurtenances thereunto be.longing. in t~ust, for
the Second P~rty for the purposes &nd upon th~ trust. hereinafter
let forth, said property being described as fol1owSJ
