7. The First Party acknowledges thAt he has re-
ceived appropriaie compensation from th~ Second Party fo~ his
services rendered and to be rendered hereunder, and that there
shall be no other liability on the part of the Second Party to
pay any additional or other compens&tion to the Pirst Party fo~
his services to be rendered pursuant to the provisions hereof.
