Queens Cove Mana~ment, Inc., a corpor~t1oil organized under the laws of
the District of Columbia, by its duly authorized officers, to be their

to cnter into "binding agreerrents for the sale and conveyance of any or all
of their lands located in a duly recorded Bubdi\~sion known as Queens Cove
in St. Lucie County, State of FloriJ.a, or any iot rest in said land, for
such price as to it nay seem advisable.
~eir agent is hereby authorized to sign, seal, and deliver, as

for sale ma.de by it in such manner that all their estate, right, title,
and inter~5t in said land or land interests nay be effectually and abso-
lutely agreed to be Qonveyed and assured to the purchaser thereof, his,

that all and every of the contra.cts, receipts, wbtters, and things which
